In the heart of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, our oyster farmers raise their gigas oysters and flat oysters.
They work with passion in order to offer products with unique flavors.
The Cancale special is a fleshy, iodized gigas oyster (+10.5% flesh %), raised on the foreshore for 2 to 3 years.
The Belon oyster is a flat Cancale oyster with firm, nutty flesh. It is raised in deep water for 3 to 4 years.
