All our rillettes with fish are produced in our canning workshop in Cancale. For over 20 years, we have been perpetuating our know-how in the production of authentic recipes, without colorants or preservatives.
Our recipes are based on products from our own farms and Brittany's coasts.
Enjoy our flavored, natural or selection rillettes on delicious toast as an aperitif. All tastes are available: Trout, Tuna, Sardine, Salmon, Mackerel, Mussel, Scallops, Lobster, Langoustine...
These products have a guaranteed shelf life of 18 months.
