Mussels are grown on our own farms and by our partner producers from the coasts of northern France to the Charente Maritimes.
We work daily with farmers to constantly improve the quality of our products, which is expressed through our labels (AOP, Label Rouge, Bio, STG).
Our Sélection AOP mussels are cultivated in the Bay of Mont Saint Michel and are renowned for their gustatory qualities. An exacting selection of AOP mussels, calibrated in size (>4cm) and meat content >25%, guarantees traceability and impeccable quality. This is the must-have reference for Bouchot mussels.
