Mytilimer was created in 2003 by Mussel and Oyster farmers in the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay (France).
In less than 20 years, thanks to it’s high quality standards, Mytilimer has become the leader in Europe of Bouchot Mussels.
Moreover Mytilimer has diversified it’s activities: We are convinced that being in control of the hole process from the fisheries to the consumer’s plate was the best way to secure quality, quantities and sustainability of our products. Mytilimer has become a unique actor in the Seafood market offering a wide (if not the widest) range of live (mussels, oyster, shellfish, fish) and processed (smoked trout,mussel tapas, butter stuffed mussels, ready to eat dishes) seafood products from its own fisheries.
