It is in the Celtic countries, land of legend, where our oysters grow. It takes advantage of the wild water of the Arrée Mountains to assert its taste.
We select the most beautiful forms from our Special grade oysters (already aged 3 years).
Then we position these fully grown oysters and line them up at the upper edge of the estuary for 1 additional year. The provision of huge quantities of freshwater and low tide can limit the growth of the oyster and develop abundant flesh.
After 4 years of patience, the Premium is ready to be enjoyed on the finest tables ! The abundant and sweet flesh will delight themost demanding connoisseurs of oysters.
