FRANCE CULINAIRE DEVELOPPEMENT has been active in the food industry since 1979 and assists its clients in the various stages of recipe development: news ingredients, new concepts, new trends, food safety, organic, clean label.

FRANCE CULINAIRE DEVELOPPEMENT offers preparations for food manufacturers and distributors in the catering industry: flavours, marinades, aromatic specialities, functional systems, mixes for jellies - Gelarôme©, cheese solutions, culinary preparations for health establishments through the Health Nutrition range - Nectarys©... in powder and liquid form.

FRANCE CULINAIRE DEVELOPPEMENT has two modern and progressive production units in France, one based in Saint-Gilles (35), and the other in Brebières (62).

At the end of 2021, Group YDEO strengthened its position in the food processing market in France and abroad with the acquisition of the company SOREAL ILOU, which designs and manufactures innovative and elaborate sauce recipes, packaged in a wide range of containers. These sauces are intended for the professional catering and snacking markets as well as for food distribution and the food industry.
