The pure butter thick biscuits are traditional Breton biscuits, crispy and golden.
Made from shortcrust, they are generally about 1.5 cm thick.
For the record, they take their name from the "game of puck", a famous Breton game which consists of throwing metal pucks on a wooden board.
To vary the pleasures, we also offer Breton palets with salted butter caramel.
