Classic Seaweed Tartare is a fresh mixture made with 30% of seaweed. They are sliced, seasoned and marinated in organic extra virgin olive oil. This product is the big brother of the range! More than 20 years of experience in this tartare! It was developed by Henri Courtois, founder of the brand, and a Parisian chef. The idea: to enable the French to become familiar with the flavours of these marine plants, without lacking taste. Since then, he has spearheaded the brand and led the development of the range.
