Our business is to develop, manufacture and comercialize exclusive recipes of textured gourmet pies, with a requirement of naturalness and simplicity of implementation.

Our activity is associated with an exclusive traditional know-how of caramelized puff pastry developed by Fabrice Berrou and his team.
This know-how is the result of a family history and noble and local materials: extra-fine butter Breton and 100% French wheat flour.

We offer a range of pies and fruit tarts, regional specialties, and product bases. We are working on the development of a frozen ready to bake range.

The company makes 80% of its sales to professionals: bakery and catering chains, retail chains.
Terre d'Embruns also has 3 stores in Brest.
