Our range of frozen ready-to-bake Tarte Fine is perfect for table desserts with a simple and efficient implementation.
Our CARA puff pastry is our patented know-how. It gives our Tarte Fine a crispness and a light caramelized texture. 100% French flour, Breton extra-fine butter and sugar are the key ingredients to obtain a perfectly sweet and airy pastry.
Topped with natur or cocoa almond cream, compote, fruits such as apple, pear or apricot are then hand layered in our production plant based in Brest.
Our Tartes Fines have to be defrosted and then cooked between 22 and 27 minutes at 190°. Allow to cool then, enhance with a neutral topping for shine, a coulis or ice cream (optional).
