French fishing company since 1934, our activity is based on 2 main branches:
Surimi:
- On board production: surimi base raw material
- On land production: elaborated surimi products
Frozen At Sea white fish (MSC certified): North-East Atlantic Cod and Saithe.
Thanks to our own fleet of boats and our manufacturing workshop in Saint-Malo, we master our activity entire chain, from fishing to the marketing of our products.
Regarding our Surimi activity:
- Production on board our vessel Joseph Roty II: we are the only one producer of surimi base raw material in Europe. Our surimi base raw material is made from Atlantic North-East Northern Blue Whiting.
- On land production in our Saint-Malo workshop: we manufacture elaborated surimi products, chilled and frozen (sticks, shredded, mosaic rolls, bites, …) - under our own brand and private label, for Retail, Food Service and Food Industry.
Regarding our Frozen At Sea white fish activity (MSC certified): aboard our vessel Emeraude, we produce high quality single frozen at sea Cod & Saithe products.
Our Cod (Gadus Morhua) offer:
- PBI fillets 8-16 oz, 16-32 oz and 32+ oz
- Elaborated skin less and PBO products: loins (vaccum or interleaved), portions and fillets
Our Saithe (Pollachius Virens) offer:
- PBI skin less fillets from 3/5 oz to 32+ oz
- Elaborated skin less and PBO products: loins (vaccum or interleaved), portions and fillets.
