A very beautiful old rum (3 years) from the French West Indies aged a second time in “Bourbon, Cognac, Peated Whiskey, OR Calvados, ...” barrels in Saint-Malo for several months, by our Cellar Master. (50cl – 40° vol.)
A complex & unique tasting with notes of roasted apples and pears.

Age: 3 years West Indian + Maturing in Saint-Malo
400 numbered bottles
Origin: French West Indies
