The Blueback Physio works with a dedicated application to support your patient with ease.

After the Assessment, follow the programs recommended by the Blueback TRACC method: your patient will be guided through tailor-made programs to move from awareness of their deep muscles to perfect mastery of the deep core.

Up to 90 exercises available, 8 contraction rhythms, blind or sound modes, allow you to modulate the difficulties. The results are saved: let your patient work independently then analyze their performance to adjust your instructions. The patient file allows you to visualize at a glance the evolution of your own success indicators.

The Blueback application is currently compatible with Android and can be downloaded from Google Play.
