The Trio MultiPains manual bread line allows producing the whole craft bakery range of breads, such as baguettes, bastards, but also special breads, baguettes Tradition, rustic bread, round bread, rolls...
It offers the possibility of working dough directly, in the classic method but also in tray pointing or slow proofing. As a result, the Trio MultiPains offers both the production of a very wide range of breads and great organization flexibility.
The MultiPains Trio includes the following patented or exclusive equipment:

  • AutoFlour: automatic flouring of the divider's tank and the top of the dough blocks
  • EasyDoors: tool-free door opening to facilitate cleaning
  • AlvéoForm: patented system for well-rounded baguettes with a nice grigne
  • FlexiTable: folding side table
  • Nyltex gutters: limits sticking and facilitates cleaning
  • Hygiene Kit: ventilation and UV lamps for the gutters
  • Rounding tablet: allows you to take the dough pieces to produce round pieces or other
  • PPR and Alveo+ lamination: great respect for the dough, avoids degassing and tearing even very hydrated and fermented dough.
