Two widely used models are the Ex vivo Human Skin Disc Model and the Ex vivo Human Skin Sheet Model. 1 - Human dermatomed abdominal skin discs (~~O~~18 & 20mm)
- for OECD guideline compliant, thickness 200-400µm
- for standard application, thickness > 400µm
2 - Human dermatomed abdominal skin sheets
- for OECD guideline compliant, thickness 200-400µm
- for standard application, thickness > 400µm
