ZALG is a company created in 2021 in Vannes, Brittany, by Tanguy Gestin and Vincent Lacaze.
Resolutely turned toward the ocean, we have had a simple observation:

This was the starting point of our exploration of the remarkable virtues of Brittany’s delicious seaweeds.
Our first product are seaweed dice to pan-fry, a unique culinary innovation to enhance a unique flavor.
