Our aim is to help you conquer the French market, by drafting your contractual standards for France, translating and negotiating your contracts, and helping you respond appropriately to calls for tender. It also means ensuring your compliance with the regulations applicable to your activities in France.

A member of the Rennes Bar, Anne-Laure founded Withlaw after gaining more than 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, including 10 years with the international audit and consulting firm PwC (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers and Landwell) where she developed and managed the contracts and data protection / CNIL units within the Legal Department.

She has thus acquired significant experience in business law, and works for companies of all sizes, from very small businesses to large groups.

In particular, Anne-Laure has extensive experience in negotiating complex and/or international contracts and in the development of compliance and data protection programmes.

Her working languages are French and English.
