Since I was young, I have been a pastry chef, and I developed an allergy to nuts at the age of 26. Frustrated by the inability to enjoy praline-based treats, I embarked on creating a nut-free product. After numerous trials, I successfully developed a product that allowed me to rediscover the softness and deliciousness of praline. This is where Kâliner was born - the first spread without any of the 14 major allergens, without palm oil, organic, and vegan.
I didn't just want to create a product exclusively for people with allergies; I wanted to make something enjoyable for everyone. That's why I worked on a delicious recipe designed for all food enthusiasts, whether allergic or not. It's an organic and vegan recipe, free from palm oil, and we are also committed to the environment by ensuring that the packaging is 100% recyclable.
