We are shellfish producers: flat oysters (Belon) in the Mont Saint Michel Bay, Hollow oysters in the Bay of Cancale, Open Sea Hollow Oysters in the Quiberon Bay and bouchot mussels on the foreshore of Mont Saint-Michel. We do also have a hatchery located in Noirmoutiers.
