- Organize transport for the group subsidiaries acting as a broker, but also for external customers (30% of our business)
- Deal with national and international transport by road, sea and air for Inbound and Outbound shipments.
- Monitor the evolution of costs, but also the regulation of the transport market
- Propose actions to improve global logistics business performance (quality, time, flow optimization analysis, benchmark your rates, etc.) and coordinate with customers.
