The group’s first site was built in 1984 in the Dordogne region of France and employed 30 people. At the time, the group specialised in the production of frozen raw puff pastry, but has since expanded in France, England and the Benelux to broaden its expertise in pastry bases, tarts, desserts, flans, cakes, beignets, savoury products and more, in order to meet the needs of the French and international markets.
