For 3 generations, "Parcs Saint Kerber", family-owned company based in Cancale, combines traditional methods and innovations to produce oysters appreciated around the world.
In addition to oyster production, "Les viviers d'Armor" created in 1982, offers a large range of shellfishes and crustaceans.
In this unique terroir in the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, Stéphan ALLEAUME, François Joseph PICHOT and Pierre PICHOT carry on the familial know-how to produce different types of oysters, regularly rewarded at the Concours General Agricole from Paris.
To complete these ranges, "Les Viviers d'Armor" offer shellfishes available all year long (Carpet shells - Mussels - Razor clams - Cockles) or seasonal products (Hard clams - Sea urchins - wild Abalone - Brown clams).
Our shellfishes in trays under atmosphere are also perfect for a long distance flight or retail.
