- Fish wholesaling and filleting on our two CAPITAINE HOUAT sites. Cooking shellfish and crustaceans, and freezing fish on our Lanester site.
- We smoke Salmon, trout, tuna, etc. on our MOULIN DE LA MARCHE site.
- We can our fish at the CAPITAINE COOK site in Plozévet. We produce fresh catering products in CLOHARS-CARNOËT.
