ALGUE SERVICE

Algue service is a Breton seaweed company founded in 1996 by Henri Courtois. Its teams work every day in two modern workshops, located in Roscoff and Taulé, to democratise seaweed through gourmet recipes.

Algue service controls the seaweed from harvesting in Brittany to the marketing of the final product, intended for consumers, but also for industrialists and the food industry. Bord à bord is the company's 100% vegetable and artisanal brand. It is distributed mainly in the fresh produce section of more than 2,300 organic shops and delicatessens. All of the ingredients used are organic and exclusively plant-based. Seaweed tartars are the flagship recipes of Bord à bord. Raw and fresh for more flavour, their use is simple: "I open, I spread, (I toast) I enjoy" it's that easy to eat seaweed! The brand is also present in grocery shops with its seaweed preserves, sea spices, pesto and dried seaweed. In short, seaweed cooking has only just begun with Bord à bord!
