Transformation processes

We carry out 4 types of transformation:

• Cutting
• Printing
• Lamination
• Perforation

Cutting :
We wind and cut neutral films from 30 mm to 3000 mm.
For your printed films, we wind and cut from 30mm to 1250mm.

3 types of printing:

• Flexography (up to 8 colors)
• Rotogravure
• Offset printing

Lamination
Lamination is a technique which assembles several films together in order to take advantage of the technical performances of each.
We offer to assemble up to 3 films with solvent-free glue.

Perforation
Perforation consists of making small holes in the film for logistical purposes or related to the life of the product.
We carry out 2 types of perforation:

• microperforation or laser perforation
• macroperforation
