Made from our iconic patented CARA puff pastry, our tarts are crispy, caramelized and light.
Our tarts are filled with nature or cocoa almond cream and then hand-filled with French fruits such as Val-de-Loire granny apples cooked in butter, French pears, and apricots.
After baking, our tarts can be kept for several days between 0° and 4°. For an optimal product quality, we recommend putting them in the oven for 5 minutes at 190° before consumption.
