The Extra Dry is a slow and lengthy fermentation, 18 months, of a combination of bitter sweet and tart apples. The result is a amazing cider, subtle, fine and delicately farm-fresh; Very poor in sugar, with a deep amber colour, you will enjoy the baked apple aromas and earthy orchard finish. A perfect food-friendly cider.
The Kertoban is made exclusively with 15+ longstanding and traditional cider apple varieties : a lovely amber colour and a perfect balance of bitterness and delicate sweetness. The name of this blend comes from the name of our orchard : the locality of Kertoban, in La Forêt-Fouesnant.
Extra-Dry : Subtle & complex, 6,5% vol – 18 months fermentation
Kertoban : Robust & authentic, 5% vol - 9 months fermentation
Organic, pure juice, naturally sparkling, slow fermentation, no added sugar.
