The classic recipe of the plain madeleine with its dark chocolate shell is still available on the shelves, and appeals to the greatest number of people. Encouraged by its success, Maison Colibri decided to expand its chocolate range with the creation of this brand new recipe.

The chocolate shells are made in Maison Colibri's historic workshop. They are lovingly crafted in Pons, Charente-Maritime. This explains why the madeleine is so soft and the chocolate so crunchy.
