We have strong expertise in sourcing shellfish and crustaceans thanks to our purchases at French auctions, partnerships with boats and our purchases from fishermen abroad. This know-how allows us to offer a wide range of cooked products such as spider crab, crab, lobster, lobster, crab claws, etc.

These sites have a strong capacity to produce quality products, thanks to unique know-how and machines combining technology and product preservation.

The products can be cooked in two ways: cooking in a pot in fresh water and tunnel cooking in sea water which preserves the qualities of the products and the natural flavors. Our products are packaged in modified atmosphere trays (MAP) or polystyrene boxes.

We have strong sourcing expertise for langoustine, spider crab, crab with half claws and whole claws. We also have strong expertise in shellfish sourcing, particularly for whelks and periwinkles.

We offer a remarkably consistent and reliable supply through our product processing in our workshops.
