Clipper is a web-based communication server allowing radiology centers to share securely medical exams with specialists, general practitioners, patients. DICOM or JPEG images can be transferred. Specialists who have access to a DICOM Workstation can set up to upload automatically the exams on their workstation for diagnoses.
A web viewer eases the possibility to visualize images & reports. few tools are made available to the users to view the images.
The server is available 24/7 and can be remotely accessed.
