UFAB produces organic tailor-made food ingredients in a mechanical way without any chemicals: Texturized vegetable proteins, crispy ingredients, functional starches and fibers.

UFAB has been heavily involved in organic production for 50 years. 200 French farmers have chosen to entrust us with their different organic crops which we handle, store and process. We produce protein concentrates and starchy flours out of peas and faba beans. Our natural ingredients are manufactured without any chemicals.
