BIOREA is a factory based in Lamballe, cultivating heterotrophic microorganisms as microalgae, vegetal cells, fungi, bacteria. Through our Airlift patented technology, we are producing chlorella & other microalgaes, and we support our partners by scaling up from 4L to 6 000L.

BIOREA uses an airlift patented technology to cultivate shearing sensitive microorganisms from benchtop to industrial scale. Arround this technology, they have 3 main activities :

• R&D and production of chlorella paste and powder for food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, feed & aquaculture markets
• CDMO and scale-up of various heterotrophic microorganisms (microalgae, vegetal cells, fungi, bacteria)
• Sale of the airlift benchtop bioreactor, the CiYOU for schools, R&D and public laboratories
